# Acuity Sync

When an appointment is created or changed in Acuity, we sync it with HubSpot. For details regarding this integration, check out the [Acuity Calendar Sync](https://docs.adorn.pdlab.io/docs/dev/new-appointments) section of the Development Notes.   
  

# Wait List 

Wait Lists are currently not syncing back and forth with HubSpot. There is some dev work in the queue to fix this. Timestamp: 10/31/22.

# Sales Process

## Qualification Calls

  
  
When a new appointment is booked, we will try to qualify them as quickly as possible. There are a couple of views that we have created to help manage this ([Nashville](https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/6291049/objects/0-3/views/7036412/board) & [Louisville](https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/6291049/objects/0-3/views/7036401/board)).

# Confirming Brides

This stage is relatively simple. There are two views ([Nashville](https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/6291049/objects/0-3/views/7040546/board?redirectFrom=crm-records-ui) & [Louisville](https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/6291049/objects/0-3/views/7040541/board?redirectFrom=crm-records-ui)) that show Next Week's Appointments. The expectation is that the team is calling these brides the week before their appointment. For accountability purposes, we have a report available that shows appointments that are less than 7 days in the future (or in the past) that have never been confirmed.
